Information we process

We process account identity, marketplace activity, enquiries, purchases, AI tool inputs and outputs, usage metering, and security logs required to provide and protect the service.

Processors and integrations

Clerk provides authentication. Configured OpenAI or Anthropic services process AI requests. GitHub, Linear, Vercel, and payment providers process data only when their integrations are enabled. Self-hosted ntfy provides approvals; iOS delivery may use Apple's push relay.

Website forms and fonts

NURPAM website enquiries are submitted to and stored on NURPAM infrastructure instead of Web3Forms. The main public website uses local system fonts and does not contact Google Fonts.

Retention and requests

We retain records for operational, security, contractual, and legal needs. Contact privacy@nurpam.in to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable law.
