This page describes the current sales process. It is not a substitute for the signed commercial agreement supplied with a paid engagement.
Free products
Free downloadable products are governed by the license bundled inside each archive, commonly MIT. The bundled license controls if this page differs.
Premium products
Online purchase is not currently available. A premium license exists only after Nurpam and the customer sign a proposal or agreement identifying the product, users or organization, permitted use, price, support, updates and delivery.
No implied resale rights
Unless the signed agreement explicitly allows it, premium source and agent packages may not be redistributed, sublicensed, published as templates, or resold as standalone components.
Refunds and acceptance
Because checkout is not enabled, refund terms are agreed in the proposal. Service scopes should define milestones and acceptance criteria before work begins.
Security and warranty boundary
Software requires environment-specific review. Marketplace verification is not certification or a guarantee that a component is free of defects or suitable for a particular regulated use.
